STORE POLICIES

Aquarium Arts does not offer a guarantee on any livestock purchased in the store. No exceptions. Purchases made on Reef HotSpot are subject to the policies outlined on the Reef HotSpot website. Policies on Reef HotSpot solely apply to Reef HotSpot and do not apply to purchases at the physical Aquarium Arts location.

Dry Goods may only be returned within 14 days of purchase and will only be accepted if all parts of the product are present. Store credit will be given for returned products. For defect products that are under warranty, give us a call and we will work something out.

We accept trade-ins for both Saltwater and Freshwater fish. However, credit may only be awarded for Saltwater fish. No credit is given for Freshwater trade ins. At this time, coral trade ins are not accepted unless the coral in question is incredibly rare. Please bring in high quality photos of the coral before arranging for drop off.
