Aquarium Arts does not offer a guarantee on any livestock purchased in the store. No exceptions.

Purchases made on Reef HotSpot are subject to the policies outlined on the Reef HotSpot website.

Policies on Reef HotSpot solely apply to Reef HotSpot and do not apply to purchases at the physical Aquarium Arts location.

Dry Goods may only be returned within 14 days of purchase and will only be accepted if all parts of the product are present. Store credit will be given for returned products. For defect products that are under warranty, give us a call and we will work something out.

AQUARIUM ARTS NO LONGER ACCEPTS LIVESTOCK DONATIONS OR TRADE INS OF ANY KIND.
